Scammers??
"I placed an order on November 10 and until today, I haven’t received my order. Modani Furniture has been giving me the run around for over a month. Their customer service is terrible and no one knows what they are doing. If you request to speak with a supervisor or manager, customer service gets an attitude and tells you they can’t put you in touch with a manager. I paid extra $99 for white glove delivery service and I can’t even get a tracking number. Contacting Modani Furniture on Social Media is useless, they have zero customer service on Twitter, Instagram or FB and they ghost you when you ask for info regarding your order. As of today, I am without my money and without my order and not even once, someone from Modani called to apologize or give me an explanation about what is going on and what they are going to do to fix it. I used to be a good client of Modani in NYC but after this experience, not again. Beware with ordering from the Modani website. Your order will never arrive and they will ghost you."
