Next day delivery
"Ordered my deed for next day delivery, this was a Saturday, so I expected my order by Monday with it being the weekend, Tuesday at most. It wasn't delivered until Thursday. I was in contact online throughout the week with whomever. They made the excuse that The Royal Mail were to blame. Took 3 days of chatting back and forth before I asked for a digital copy to print until the official one arrived. Surely this could've been an option sooner? And option offered, not made by myself? Strange service that I'm not happy with but glad it's done. Hope to not do it again"
