"These guys are cowboys; avoid like the plague!! I bought a DVD/GPS unit for my Toyota RAV4. Delivery was very late (over 1 month to get to UK). Then this thing just packed up one day after less than 2 months, as I was driving along listening to a CD. Checked all the connections, took it to a car audio expert who confirmed the unit was faulty. So, I shipped it back (at great expense) to Qualir for refund or replacement. On receipt, they claimed it wasn't at all faulty, and that some parts were not received ...! I insisted on a refund as I was getting a bit suspicious of them. They proceeded to refund just over half of the initial cost of the unit, saying that it was now a second hand product! When I complained, they insisted that this was what their accountant had calculated as a reasonable refund."
