"Just don’t go for this company. It is nightmare to order from this company.
Firstly, let me begin by saying that I am not someone who easily leaves negative reviews. However, my recent experience with your company has compelled me to ensure that everyone takes note before making any purchases.
To begin with, your requirement of a 50% deposit payment is already questionable. I made the payment via bank transfer, and to my surprise, your policy dictates that all banking charges, including those incurred by your own bank, are to be borne by the buyer. While I find this practice unreasonable, I reluctantly complied.
Moving on to the second issue, your website boasts a vast selection of over ten thousand products. However, it appears that you do not guarantee stock availability for any of them. As a result, customers are left waiting in anticipation. After waiting for two weeks, there is an 80% chance of receiving a notification from your company stating that the product I ordered is out of stock, prompting me to select an alternative. Frankly, I have already endured an excessive waiting period. I opted to cancel my order.
Now, if a cancellation is requested, you do provide a refund. However, all associated charges for processing the refund are passed on to the customer! I have never encountered such a business practice where customers bear the consequences of the company's errors. Your company seems to evade any responsibility. Moreover, if a customer disagrees with your policies, you refuse to issue a refund until they relent. When I expressed my concerns, your response was utterly dismissive, stating that I am overly argumentative and suggesting that I should review your company's policies myself. It's difficult for me to comprehend how a company like yours could have garnered so many positive reviews. They must surely be fabricated.
Such practices undermine trust and tarnish your reputation. As a result of my experience, I will not hesitate to warn others about the potential pitfalls of doing business with you."
