Terrible customer service.
"Terrible or even non existent customer service. Their phone is not available, chat is not available. Couldn't find out my order status. Emailed a few times - no response. Ended up cancelling my order -can't trust a store with such a level of customer service."

Buy from somebody else.
"I was waiting for more then a week to find out that my order was never shipped. Fast shipping is a lie. I have never been able to find the status of my order online despite of the link in the confirmation e-mail. Stay away."

Unprofessional and unreliable.
"I made my plans to travel to Florida by car and about 10 days before planned departure date I ordered travel CPAP machine from thecpapShop.com. Their site promised to ship it the same day so I thought I had plenty of time to receive my order before my travel was supposed to start. Four days later I received the order, however my package contained completely different machine. I tried to call the store and left a few messages - no answer. I sent e-mail but nobody responded me. Their online chat service constantly kicked me out saying that the chat service was offline even though it was during business hours. Two days later I eventually was able to speak to live representative. She apologizes , put me on hold and after some time confirmed with her supervisor that they would send the correct machine overnight so it would still be able to receive the order before my travel begins. Three days later after waiting in vain I went through the same exercise of trying to get in touch with the store. Finally I got somebody on the phone and to my surprise I found out that they haven't sent anything yet. Again they promised to send it overnight. It was three days ago and I am still waiting for this order to arrive. Meanwhile my travel plans are going down the drain. Stay away from these people. One of the worst experiences ordering online I ever had."
