Worse Customer Service !!
"Worse Customer service I have ever experienced. We had never done business with National Pen Company but received a Promo pen and it looked GREAT! It had a order form to go online and enter a Promo code and receive 100 of these pens for $100 plus tax, I did that and it auto populated all the information. Every thing looked good the Promo Pen Said Bailey's Mechanical. UNTIL we received the package of pens and a invoice. The quality of the pen was great BUT it said Bailey’s Mechanical. Not Bailey's Mechanical. I emailed and never heard back from anyone and finally got through on the phone. I spoke to a supervisor who told me they had emailed us a proof! Which we NEVER received , Even checked SPAM but told me the only thing he could do is apply a discount to my next order! WHICH is ridiculous to ask me to pay over $100 for pens we CAN NOT give away! I explained to him I never received the email and that not only was it spelt correct on the promo but my Invoice was correct as well. Again he refused to correct this issue just kept telling me he had proof they sent a email. When I asked him for his name he told me Alton and refused to give me his last name, I told him I have never had a company supervisor refuse to give me a last name and with an attitude he told me it was Alton Campbell! I explained to him that we are a new business and I was looking forward to becoming a long term customer and I could not believe the way we were being treated! Again my Promo Pen was correct! The Name on the Invoice was correct and the Name is also our email address but National Pen company REFUSED to credit the account and correct the Issue!! Lost a GREAT CUSTOMER"
