"Package sent to wrong address. Never gave me my money back. Attempted to call their customer service number 5 times. Emailed them 3 times. No response. Absolutely ridiculous. Horrible customer service I have ever gotten. Been ordering from them for years too. What a shame that they don’t care about loyal customers."
