dead on arrival
"i ordered a solar kit with battery back up and after all was said and done the back up battery was faulty. After several emails and phone calls this has turned out to be a big headache to deal with them, poor customer support, poor technical support, I wish I never gotten involved trying to use this company or product. The 5 star reviews have to be fake, there is no way you can be at both ends of the spectrum, oh it's great and wonderful to they are the worse, no real in between. Do the research as best as you can but don't waste your time with silicon solar, you will bang your head against the wall asking yourself why didn't I listen to those reviews."
