They bend over backwardsto get the sale
"Very helpful to get the sale. I was promised a 50 dollar Amazon gift card, then if I send in photos of the floor I get an extra 100 dollar gift cards. Nope doesn't happen, even contacted the sales rep I worked with twice. I was told they are being sent out just the 50 dollar card. Its been 4 months since I finished the install. Same experience my brother has had as well. I also had two boxes that were damaged and all the plank ends were smashed making them unusable. I called my sales rep who told me from the beginning if anything is damaged we will fix it, yeah that didnt happen either."
