The replacement glasses fit fine, but the PD is off (using the prescription on file). So I now have one pair of glasses that don't fit right but correct my vision fine and another pair of glasses that fit well but only work on one eye at a time.
Update- I think my initial assessment was too harsh, especially since my own carelessness was the initial issue. I still haven't seen if they can correct the bad PD. I just assumed that since I had already taken advantage of their one-time offer I couldn't get the 2nd issue resolved. That was unfair, especially since Goggles4u has shown an exceptional level of customer care!"
