Huge restocking fees on defective items
"My experience with this Company is that they send defective items, they make you pay for return shipping and then they charge a huge restocking fee even though the item they sent was unplayable. I would strongly suggest avoiding this company."

Don't trust their advertisements
"I signed up for the membership because they said if I signed up I'd have my items shipped by the next day. It's now four days later and I still haven't gotten my shipment. First email said expect your package by noon tomorrow second email stated that I was going to get it 4 days later 4 days later came and it said you'll get it the next day so 5 days it's now the fifth day and I still haven't received my package. Don't trust what they advertise. And I can't seem to get a hold of anybody to remedy the situation so now I have to sit and wait for this package meanwhile I've already gone to another store and purchased it in person. Which is what we're trying to avoid when we ask for shipping."

"called before buying to confirm I could return the intercom panel if it didn’t work out. They said I had 45 days (return shipping on me). I ordered, declined engraving since I wasn’t sure I’d keep it, and they agreed. It shipped 3 weeks later after several follow-ups. When it arrived, it had silicone around the edges and taped screws—didn’t seem new. When I tried to return it, they suddenly said it was non-returnable. I dealt with the same reps throughout. Dishonest from the start—shop elsewhere."
