They'll never give you a refund even if the product is defective
“The company is in China and they will never take the item back and give you a refund. I rarely ever see a company do this. it's very scammy. the mouse they sent was for a tiny hand and the back and forward buttons kept getting pressed making the device completely useless. they told me their warehouse "wasn't able to receive anything at the moment but we can give you a half discount" which was up from the 15% before. not able to receive anything? who do they think they're kidding? NEVER buy from...”
