12/20 CS ask for an update.
12/21 CS will notify shipping to expedite. Learn there's an OOS item, refund me for that item.
12/23 finally a shipping notice

“I had a disappointing experience buying cabinets from garagecabinetsonline.com. The ordering process was confusing, communication was slow, and it was hard to get clear answers when I had questions. Delivery took longer than expected, and when the cabinets arrived, the quality didn’t match what was advertised for the price. Appalling experience and no delivery
“Appalling and stressful experience and they didn't deliver the product at all yet collected full funds. I ordered from the UK a birthday cake for a friend in UAE. FNP said that their driver has delivered. They havent and they provided no evidence that they had delivered other than an email 30 minutes after the delivery slot(which incidentally would have been later than the slot they were guaranteeing).

“Excellent customer service and very helpful companies who are keen and motivated to sell their items. There is rarely a problem and when there is you have Alibaba there who can interceed on your behalf. The quality and quantity of items is vast and they put other companies in the shade with the depth and breadth of their merchandise. Alibaba is definitely my go to ecommerce website.”
