Bad customer service
“I placed an order on November 22 and I still didn’t get my order, I emailed them a couple of times and I haven’t heard back. What’s worse is that I got a tracking number and it’s been stagnant for weeks. I knew I shouldn’t have ordered from a company that doesn’t have a phone number. Save the headache, don’t buy from them ”

Saved by the chairs!
“The headcount for our family dinner went from 18 to 24, so we needed extra seating, FAST! These chairs were delivered exactly on time, fit perfectly around the table, and looked sharp! Since we were already so busy, I was grateful we didn’t have to assemble them, too! It may not be the most comfortable chair for a larger person who has to sit for long, but it worked fine for us and a pad could always be added to the seat.”

“They claim items are in stock, however if there not you will be waiting weeks before its even shipped. I ordered boots on the Dec14, I called today and was told there waiting for the item from the manufacture. Its 10 days and the item has not been shipped. I probably will not receive till after holidays terrible customer service. Stay away!!!”
