Use Prime and save money

"I use Prime and get free shipping and a free streaming channel. Things arrive quickly and are as described. The only thing you need to look out for are items that get good reviews, which are then switched out for other items. You can tell my reading the reviews; if a cast iron pan has a review that says it keeps my water insulated or plays music really well, you know you are looking at a replacement item. "

So easy and affordable

"So grateful I could find great, affordable clothes for my kids and that they would ship to Alaska! Not many places will do that and it makes it so difficult "

Cheated by Amazon.in

"Returned the defective product from Amazon and the delivery guy checked everything and collected the same on 24th January. Now the customer care team is saying that the product which you returned is not the same and they are not able to provide an exchange or refund. "

Late, late, late… and never got the main purchase which I needed today.

"I rarely shop at Target, but was starting to come around. I had no time to make it into a store, so I ordered my purchase online. I work 70+ hours a week (within retail), and if this was allowed by someone on my team, they would not be working online orders anymore. You can blame Shipt to a point, but Target shares half the credit for this one. I know how the process works, I have never wasted my time complaining about a service, but this really made my day (and likely upcoming week), much more difficult. I needed a pair of headphones for conference calls today. How does the time get pushed back multiple times with the same day delivery which I foolishly joined and paid for to make sure I got them. Then, the time gets pushed until 8am. Frustrating, but still could have had what I needed for work. That is if 8am did not turn into 12pm, and the item I needed was even delivered which was in stock according to your APP. I am sure this will not be read or followed up on, but I do appreciate the reminder of why I do not shop at Target.

Have a great day.
