"I received no communication that my order was delayed, even after multiple attempts to get a response. I was never told that there was even a delay, until the day my order was supposed to arrive and I was told by customer service after I contacted them, that the order was delayed due to a portion of the order being out of stock. I canceled the out of stock items so the rest could ship. They still hadn't printed the other items, so everything was over a week late arriving. Had they told me of the delay, i could have canceled those out of stock items sooner and still met the delivery date."
