"I use a soap cutter that is like a large cheese cutter. It came with 3 replacements. When they all broke I did not want to buy the replacements sold with a tiny nut threaded through one end. That was something I could do my self. I went to Lowes to find the right wire. Brought home picture hanging wire and it could not even cut one bar. I finally landed on a "thread" that mentioned your company by name and suggested 20 or 22 gauge stainless steel wire. Postage free was a surprise. It came today and I immediately attached a cut piece to small nut at one end and to a guitar like rod at the other end that could be turned. Voila! It's perfect. Even better than the original wire included with cutter. I don't usually write reviews but your refund offer reminded me so much of my own refund promise. I am a very small vendor but believe in my product. We must be kindred spirits!. "
