"Terrible experience. Had old cellular shades from them that I wanted to replace with roller blinds. Sent them the measurements of the cellular shades to and the salesperson created an order for the new roller blinds based off that. The new blinds came and they won't fit on my window. Called customer support and they said there was nothing they could do even though it was their error in the first place, so now I'm stuck with $400 of useless blinds. Don't give them your business"

"Terrible experience. Ordered two blinds and one arrived dirty and incorrectly made. Contacted customer service two times so far and have received no help whatsoever. Both times I was told that I would receive follow up information about my issues and would receive help with this. Have gotten nothing so far. Terrible customer service and the quality of blinds is awful. They are the wrong color! What a bummer. "
