"We ordered shoes on my account with no problem! But when I tried to order two more pair on sale they all of sudden said my account was under review and payment cancelled! Then the rep was supposed to apply 10 bucks to my account so I wouldn't cancel my membership and he never did! They said 24 to 48 hrs to review it's been 3 days and still haven't heard nothing! I will be cancelling the membership and never coming back! "
