"Josh and Danny did a great job helping me with a few of the items I purchased for my new PC build. Josh explained how the incompatible ECC error correction memory I accidentally purchased was for server applications that require reliability and motherboards with the same compliance. They usually have perforations and an extra chip-set found at the center of the module sticks. Gaming memory is usually listed as un-buffered. Danny helped with recommendations regarding CPU cooling. He also explained that the ARGB fans I picked out don't necessarily require embedded motherboard control, and that they are usually controlled via separate module and software."

"I have had a few experiences, both positive and negative. New Egg has always been swift and courteous about resolving concerns, but my recent attempts to purchase a pre-built PC have been especially rough. New Egg "renewed" seems like a flagrant attempt to sell refurbs while pretending they are in "like new" condition. It left me feeling like I couldn't trust them the same after that.
I did have success with a "New Egg Renewed" 2080 card. Seems to be doing well so far. "
