"I was nervous about ordering from exotic PC because I was finding a lot of horrible reviews. Some talk about computers being doa, taking months to receive, horrible customer service, etc.
My experience was the complete opposite. I ordered the zephyrus m16. I got 2 upgraded ssd's with heat syncs, upgraded memory, clean os install, redline os boost, and a recovery key. I wasn't expecting to get this laptop for at least a month. It arrived at my house 11 days after I placed the order! Not 11 business days....11 days! Everything is packaged well and perfectly set up how I wanted. I build my own PC's, but if I ever need another laptop, I know where I will go!"

"I ordered a laptop which was “delivered” through UPS. Package was never actually delivered, submitted loss claim to UPS and still have not received refund from NewEgg for the package. As it stands, I will never purchase another item from NewEgg as long as they use UPS as their main freight supporter and as long as I am still out a refund. Currently I am out ~$900"
