Always responds quick, always hooked it with deals that are worth doing. Almost helped me get a credit back after a guitar I bought was discounted a few days after I purchased it.

Poor shipping options.
"After placing my order I was charged and refunded because “we can’t ship to a PO Box”. I don’t understand that since shipping was via usps. I also don’t understand why the didn’t just reach out to me for a street address. I placed a new order with a street address via usps. It will be held at the PO anyways since usps doesn’t deliver to my street address. Shipping charge was ridiculously high as well. Placed the order anyways because they were the only seller that had what I was after. Do better."
