"Purchased front row tickets to a soccer game right behind the net, on game day. Received confirmation and that tickets would be sent soon. About an hour and a half later, in route to the stadium, received email, tickets weren’t available. Contacted tick pick and was advised seller had equivalent seats a section over. We were on the train, so I said yes. Arrived at the stadium and we had an obstructed view, dugout in front of us, my 11 y.o. Son had to stand the whole and could barely see.
I’ve booked tickets several times before on the date of an event but will have second thoughts next time."

"I bought tickets to a football game from Vivid Seats because of their buyer guarantee. Then I found out they did not sell me seats or admission tickets, but rather passes to a hospitality club for $300! I called immediately to ask for a refund and they refused to do anything for me! I Vivid Seats sold tickets and seats. I didn’t realize they were also peddling add-ons like club passes! I feel completely scammed! I have useless passes and no tickets and these were supposed to be for my son’s 21st birthday so I also have no money to buy him a birthday present!"
