"We absolutely LOVE our outdoor furniture. We called in advance and asked about the return policy should it be necessary and it was clearly explained to us. These are large items and shipping is expensive so we wanted to be sure. Shipping was super fast and our items arrived in perfect condition. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and the customer service we received from Totally Furniture. They will be our go to for all of our furniture purchases going forward."

"We ordered a rug and immediately decided it wasn’t right for us and I wrote numerous emails to the company asking them to cancel the order. They ignored me and sent it out anyway so that I would have to pay 10% restocking plus $100 to ship it back. This company is a total rip off. Do business with them at your own risk."
