"I ordered myself a pair of glasses and they sent me the wrong frames and lenses. I reached out and they sent me the correct pair. I didn’t like them so went to return for a refund. They wouldn’t give me a refund because they claimed it was my second return, even though it was their fault I received the wrong pair the first time. Terrible service and I will never order a pair of glasses from them again. Also, impossible to get ahold of a real person. I am only able to talk to robots. Don’t order from them!"
