"I was nervous about ordering from exotic PC because I was finding a lot of horrible reviews. Some talk about computers being doa, taking months to receive, horrible customer service, etc.
My experience was the complete opposite. I ordered the zephyrus m16. I got 2 upgraded ssd's with heat syncs, upgraded memory, clean os install, redline os boost, and a recovery key. I wasn't expecting to get this laptop for at least a month. It arrived at my house 11 days after I placed the order! Not 11 business days....11 days! Everything is packaged well and perfectly set up how I wanted. I build my own PC's, but if I ever need another laptop, I know where I will go!"

"This was my first time buying a prebuilt over building myself and I was a bit nervous. However my new tower came sooner than expected and everything is running perfectly. Great deal, great shipping time and amazing customer service."

"The pc is NOT what I ordered. The screen that I ordered was not installed, instead a much smaller screen was switched and I was never notified of the change. I would NOT have agreed with the change as the new screen is useless. The talk with the "professional" was useless because the changes that were made on the phone did NOT reflect in the delivered product. On advice from the "professional" I switched the orange color out on the braided cable out to grey and the pc came with orange cables. The location of the screen that was agreed upon with the "professional" was nor followed because a different screen was used. Overall the experience was terrible for me...it took over a month to get my pc on rush build and the pc arrived different than the one ordered. I do NOT recommend buying a pc from here better to save money and go with IBUYPOWER. Run dont walk away from this company"

"PC WORKS GREAT! Website was easy to use and the progress status updates was great. However, there was a delay in the build due to incompatibility. No explanation given. Thinking everything was perfect, I found out the upgraded 3 case fans I ordered was not installed. Turns out this was the delay and incompatibility. it doesnt plug into existing rgb/fan hub provided for the fans that comes with the iao intercooler. instead of notifying me and suggesting I choose a different option or deleting it from the order, they sent it anyways while still charging me for it. Now I have to buy a hub."
