"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.
I will definitely order from these guys again."
"After I found your website, I picked out the sealed 8’ and 4’ fixtures and sent them to my electrician who is an electrical engineer and he said “perfect”. Either get two 8’ fixtures or three 4’ fixtures. So, I got the two 8’.

"I have ordered in the past but this time everything seemed to go wrong. Message was not returned. Phone greeting said they were closed for weekend when it was the middle of week. First order was for 4 bulbs and only one was sent. Second order of bulbs had oversized flares on sockets and were unusable. No help available when I asked which bulbs had straight sockets. Refund could given, but not shipping& a second shipping would be needed for any replacement. Not even economical to return!"
