"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.

"I didn’t measure my bulbs correctly. It’s very confusing on understanding which bulb you are buying. I had to return my bulbs and exchange them. They made me pay for shipping to return them. It cost me $140 to send them back. I spent $120 for the bulbs. They don’t explain any of that up front. And they make sure you know it’s your fault. Even though understanding the measurements and the type of bulb is not easy. I would never order from them again. It’s unfortunate that their customer service maybe friendly, but they avoid helping the customer out because they know they have a shady return policy. I hope they find a better method or way of protecting the customer not just themselves."

"I' quite certain the website indicated these bulbs were dimmable. The company (EURI) said they were. When I inquired, your helper said, "Sorry, they are not." I would have purchased cheaper bulbs if I had known. I requested a refund for just the difference. I was told, "No, only a possible discount on a future order." I'm not happy. Your technician did a fine job of investigating. But the website info was less than accurate. "
