"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.
I will definitely order from these guys again."

"The carton of fifteen T12 bulbs was in a shipping carton and that had extra reinforcement with eight foot heavy cardboard angles running along two sides. Still, one of the bulbs was shattered in spite of the extra precautions taken by 1000 Bulbs. I imagine it was broken during shipment. 1000 Bulbs did fine; FedEx not so much."

"Packing peanuts can make a mess. Please use something else as peanuts will make a big mess if the opened box is dropped. The wind can catch them and spread them everywhere if the box is opened outdoors too (even if not dropped) as the peanuts fill the box up to the top. When the box is opened, half of the peanuts must be removed and carefully transferred to a bag to find the contents of the box. The peanuts smells edible so I assume that they are biodegradable but that does not make them a preferred packing material. Not a good customer experience.
The products received were of good quality and worked great. Was a good customer experience.
