"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.
I will definitely order from these guys again."

"I bought lightbulbs that were advertised as white in color and dimmable. When I tried them at home they turned fluorescent orange when dimmed. I attempted to return them but was told by Monica Blake that return shipping would be my responsibility because it was my error. It was utterly unknowable that these bulbs would turn orange when dimmed. Then Monica offered to pay $25 for return shipping. Sounded good until I found shipping would cost over $60. It seems 1000bulbs business model is sell product for the same as shipping costs and make customer responsible for returns. This way customer never returns faulty products. Don’t buy anything from this company. "

I needed 25 bulbs, not 24 and don't need 49 bulbs either. Not very acomidative to not just send me my one bulb. Besides that the bulbs are fine."

"Our go to spot for Christmas lighting and specialty bulbs! I love the warm white deluxe Christmas bulbs and get compliments on them every year; they look more intentional to me and are part of my exterior and interior decorations. Pricing is fair and shipping is lightning quick!
I also love some of the interior light bulb options (example warm white frosted candelabra bulbs); they beat the appearance of anything you’ll find in a store and at a great price, to boot.
