"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.
I will definitely order from these guys again."

"It was very easy to order on line. The emails regarding delivery were spot on and the delivery time was good. When the bulbs were delivered, there was a box that had 7 broken bulbs. I contacted Lane Dominey and he very gracefully handled our situation. He made sure that we were happy and sent another box out to us right away. All in all, my experience was terrific and we are now a permanent customer.

"I carefully read the spec sheet. The bulb is screwed into a receptacle that works when a regular bulb is screwed in. The bulb does turn on when I turn the light switch on, and it stays on, but I can't get it to work in motion sensing mode. I tried using the "on and off twice in three seconds" which it says to use to to change the bulb from motion sensing to just plain off or off. No luck. Very disappointing."
