"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.

"I had lost one of the ceiling LED light fixtures in my stained-glass studio due to a lightning strike about five years ago and had never replaced the fixture since they are quite expensive and don't really provide the light that I needed in the studio. Then I ran across the PLT 8500 Lumen fixture from 1000Bulbs and figured "what the heck - I'll try it". I removed the old, half-destroyed fixture and installed the new PLT unit and was astounded. I ordered a second fixture the same day to replace the fixture on the other side of the studio! Totally happy camper now!!!
