"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.
I will definitely order from these guys again."

"I started to replace bulbs in my ceiling fixtures last year - a total of 4 fixtures with 4 bulbs each. The old incandescent bulbs burn out after only moderate usage. The first fixture now has 4 LED bulbs that are going strong and provide a great deal of light for an interior hallway in my home. As old bulbs fail I replace them with these newer LED s, and I am reducing my demand for electricity. Win-win."
"Get ready to cut yourself if you want reimbursement from your shipment arriving busted. Then they try and count the visually broken bulbs and only credit you those based on your pictures and ability to sift thru broken glass . Apparently it is fine that we have to sift thru shards of glass to get to the ones they deem unbroken, until you try to use them and they don't work. Glass everywhere falling out of the box. We couldn't use the bulbs and they wouldn't send a new order, only refunded what they considered broken. I run multiple hotels, decided to try 1000 bulbs as we are converting some of our properties over to new lights, and I will NEVER use 1000 bulbs again. "
