"The ordering of the tires I wanted on 1010tires web page was easy and hassle free. Once the tires were ordered and I had paid for them, I received a delivery window date for the tires to be delivered to my home. The date passed and I had no communication from 1010tires on the status of my order. I called their customer service number in the morning and was told that I was number 4 in the line, I waited the 40 minutes until I should have been put through to a customer service representative only to go to a recorded message saying that the voice message box was full and that I could leave a call back number and someone would contact me, I left a call back number and waited to be contacted. The next morning I still had not been contacted by 1010tires so I tried their customer service line again with the same results, I again left a call back number to be reached on. I then sent an e-mail to the customer service and received a reply that afternoon informing me that there had been delivery issues with the suppler of the tires and I was given a new delivery window. This date also passed without the tires being delivered so I again e-mailed 1010tires, forget about trying to phone them, and I was told that they expected to receive the tires that day and would ship them to me the next day. I then did receive the tires one day later than expected. The e-mail communication was efficient and prompt but 1010tires need to communicate to their clients better when their is an expected delay in the shipping of their merchandise and not wait for their clients to try and contact them about the status of their order."

"When you place our order make sure it includes IMPORT FEES. I was not notified of the extra 81.00 in fees associated with the purchase. To add injury to insult, I was never notified until UPS tried to deliver the tires. I actually had to call 1010Tires twice to get any answers about the import fees and wait for a call back. When I received the call back I was told that the import fees were put into place overnight and that I should just pay the fees because I got such a great price originally.
What you may not realize is that the tires you buy may come from Canadian warehouses. Tires imported (Regardless if made in the US) to the US come with a 4% import fee plus handling changes. I would consider this a deceptive business practices but I'm just a customer. "
"Service and Product was great. They let me know if the tires were right for my truck after I ordered them online. They kept me informed with progress of shipment which helped me prepare for shipment and the order was just what I ordered. After the order was delivered, they contacted me to see if I was satisfied."
"Online ordering system works well but the phone service and customer service by landline is terrible. They do not answer the landline and when it says to leave a message for a call back it disconnects and you have to go through the wait again before being able to leave a call back number. Also we ordered a wheel and tire set and before the order was shipped out the tire price had changed to a lower price. We contacted 1010 tires and inquired about the price difference and there reply was if you want you can send then back. Would not make an adjustment on the invoice."

" My Dunlop Winter Sport 3D Tire not the same as the picture On 1010 Tire Website!!! Old style, doesn’t have the rim protector edge and the thread section width is more like 225 on a 245 Tire. Not as cool looking as I anticipated!
I am very disappointed and dissatisfied by not indicating proper details on website. I ended up to receive a winter tire I don’t like!
However I am pleased with the shipping, delivered fast, ordered Monday night and delivered on Friday...
So far, not driven in snow yet, but I rather have returned for the cooler new style or get discount for selling a few years old “leftover” stock item...

"I purchased tires on the website. Two hours later I received an email stating that they could not sell me those tires for that price, too cheap. My money was refunded and the order canceled by them. I sent a follow-up email but never received a reply. I did purchase the same tires from Quattro tires at an even cheaper price than 1010Tires. So 1010Tires thanks for the awful customer service."

“Hello Tibor,
We've listened. We looked into the photo on our website and it appears to be the same exact photo Dunlop uses on their website (https://www.goodyear.ca/en-CA/tires/sp-winter-sport3d-tires). We checked our paper catalogs going back to 2010 and the same photo appears there too, so it appears it is more a Manufacturering size issue. Most Manufacturers use one photo for an entire range of tire sizes. Unfortunately the design style can slightly change depending on the size of tire. This is completely out of our hands. Also, we looked up the DOT codes for the tires we sent you, they were produced in 2017, so they are not old stock. But look on the bright side, you will look so cool driving up that icy hill as other drivers are stuck on the side waiting for a tow. :)”
