We do understand that you have piles of tickets to be addressed and here is what I wish you could add more staffs to attend quickly to tickets within few hours as GoDaddy.com does. You are one of the biggest registrars globally and are very popula, so it is not nice for customers to be in a long que. Please try and solve this important step.
