I then requested a refund, but was told to read their policy regarding renewal fee, which mentions - "We are not liable for your failure to pay the Renewal Fees prior to the due date specified by us."
My renewal fee was made on time. The evidence of this early payment is shown on my 101Domain invoice (through my account via their website) - Due date 18 Jan 2022, Payment made 17 Jan 2022
101Domain then said (via email) my payment was due 16 Jan 2022. What gives them the right to change the due date of the original invoice..!? This is absolutely ridiculous.
After multiple attempts, no refund was given.
I do not recommend. Poor form 101Domain."
