"I was looking to register a .UK domain...Whilst the 101Domain.com interface worked well - and the follow-up info was good - It wasn't clear at the start that 'Grandfathering' re co.uk domains went on until 2017(!?), so I was unable to register the domain I wanted....If this had been clearer, I wouldn't have bothered trying for this .UK domain.

Overall, tho, your features & processes were good....Perhaps your site needs a visual design update? Looks a bit crowded & messy - a bit 1990's in feel.... :)
