"I registered for a domain name that was stated as "Available". It took 2 days for them to process and charge my credit card. On the 3rd day I get a notification saying registration to the domain name has been denied due to it being registered to another party already.

Instead of a full refund to my credit card, I get a credit note to my account. I submitted a support ticket regarding this fiasco over 24 hours ago and have yet to receive a response.

This has been a horrible experience."
