"Waiting on a refund. Initially the support said it would take 120 days, so I have pursued a refund through my bank. I followed support's instructions to request the registration cancellation on two domains. After 5 days of no response, I followed up to check on progress.
On the positive side, after my third attempt at contacting, support responded to the tickets, saying the orders had been cancelled and the refunds would post to my bank account in 5-7 days, which is much preferable to 120 days. I'm still waiting on the the 5-7 days and the refund so my rating is ambivalent."

This was not made clear at checkout and so I'm left in limbo not knowing why my credit card was charged but I don't own the requested domain yet. I haven't even received any notice of when the gTLD will be going live or when I'll know for certain whether I've got the requested domain."
