"We set name servers in the account panel, but the changes weren't reflected immediately, just a message saying it would take time to propagate and that it would be 24 - 48 hours. We waited about 24 hours and contacted support to confirm that the change was in progress – we were told it was and that it would be at least 48 hours.

We waited 48 hours and then contacted support again. The rep told is it was a two step process and that he was making the change at the registrar and once that was done it would be 24 - 48 hours to propagate.

In total, 4 days to get a name server change made.

Completely, 100%, unacceptable support and process (and this exact thing has happened before). There is no reason that we should have to talk to support to get a name server change made.
