I raised a complaint and today I get an email from your side stating -
Your recent order has been put on hold due to inconsistencies in the information you provided. In order to verify your identity, please send:
· Copy of a government issued ID (passport or driver’s license) for the cardholder < I don't think there is any other forms of passport or driving license >
· Copy of the front and back of the credit card used for this order.
· Completed and signed Payment Authorization Form attached.
I have no problem in giving all details, but since I had gone through the correct process and after 8 days they return with a bunch of non sense. I operated my own card and the money is retrieved from my card, why should I be put on hold all this while 16th to 24th Dec. If they want let them check and verify me through my bank directly.
I don't feel safe to process things any further as these details you have asked is not through a secure source.
I will need more clarification and the company will have to provide this to me. "
