"The business itself is closed until 10 am pst and closed on weekends unless they changed that since then. I ordered a new tld x.wtf I went through 101 however for some reason I kept being told that they had no control over the amount of time it took to capture the name which is understandable but the process never completed. On top of it I called in right before it closed on a Friday to see if I could make the process go a little more quicker because the progress was frozen in place for at least a week which didn't open until the following Monday by then my name was at risk of being bought out before I got it so I went to a different registry and within mins I captured it no problem.

I used to love 101 until I found out how long it takes to capture new names and I understand new gtld take time to process but an ENTIRE WEEK after the gtld is already public? They always send you to the website to fill out a support ticket but inless you do it before they close, and on top of that they too,are CLOSED UNTIL 10 am pst and they are off on weekends it just seems to me they really don't care if they don't make the transaction happen as fast as possible.

I hope they change their systems to allow a faster processing time because when all of the other competition have the gtld out and available to buy instantly something is not adding up right."
