"I purchased a Regvolt ATVR-5000 based on their claims that it will output 120 volts when the input is 120 volts. I was disappointed to find out that it can only output 110 volts even when the input is 120 volts. Their website is misleading (see Specifications). I then asked for a refund, and after a 20% restocking fee and 2 costly shipping fees, my refund amounted to less than half of the price I paid for the product. Bad return policy, bad attitudes, bad business! Buyer beware! Not to mention, product feels cheap!"

Should you need to return, they have a number of 'gotchas' to charge you restocking fees, shipping (both ways), etc., to basically disincentivize you from returning any of there products under most circumstances by ensuring you only receive a fraction of your purchase price back in a refund. This is very disappointing and something I learned the hard way. Next time I will just purchase what I need from Amazon - much easier to deal with the sellers on their platform than this useless dispute process through PayPal and dealing with a completing inflexible end seller such as Overseas Best Buy."
