"i love the product and it was such a good price. i searched for a year for an adapter that i could use in italy with my american products. i was so relieved when i ordered them, and found out that they worked. i have spent almost 50 dollars on other products that worked once and never again. i use the adapters that i purchsed from this store nearly everday and it works perfect. the only improvment i can see that the website should do is...better publicity and/or marketing. i seriously searched for over a year for the right adapter - best buy, circuit city, radio shack...and none of them worked. i tried to google it but the compnays that it came up with didn't have what i was looking for. i went to ebay and i saw that someone had the listing of a product that they bought from this website and they listed the site address......so that is how i ended up going to the website. i wish i would have found it earlier, but glad that i found it. i couldn't ask for a better price or faster shipping. thanks SOOO much.
