"Only of few of the ink cartridges we purchased worked with our printer (an Epson Workforce 610). However, 123inkjets was extremely easy to deal with, offering exchange or return of the inoperable cartridges. We tried again in case we had a bad batch, then returned them. Both the exchange and return were quick and easy. The problem was not the 123inkjet cartridges, but that Epson tries to make their printers incompatible with recycled, off-brand cartridges. I will not buy another Epson printer (it has had several problems), but I will DEFINITELY use 123inkjets again. In fact, we plan to choose our next printer by finding one that is easily compatible with the 123inkjet cartridges."

printed every other line that could even be read.
