"The "compatible" refill DID NOT WORK. My printer showed an error message and would not print. I replaced it with an HP refill and it worked fine. That would indicate to me that the refill was bad. Now I not only get to pay the original shipping fee, but a second shipping charge to return it. I would not recommend ordering if the refills are faulty."
