I must say that I've tried to buy ink locally as I do believe it's important to support independent local businessess, but the owner was rude and the cartridges contained half the ink at a higher price.

I am amazed how quick the customer service person trying to technically run through me to make the cartridge work, but it didn't unfortunately after many attempts. The cartridge must be very dry. The guy, Christopher promised to replace the item and I got an email confirmation of the shipping in few minutes. I still have to receive the replacement; it's now 3 days."
