"Even though they had a mixed review, I took a chance. Bad Idea. I don't have a wild story here. Just your typical scam. They claim they do not refund shipping. About 99% of sites will refund when there is a defective product involved. Not 123Inkjets. So don't take your chances. When they send you light little "bricks" of plastic that have no way of working in your printer, you can attempt to ask for a refund but they won't. So do as I am now...write to every single review where they are and warn others this is a scam. Apparently they pull it over and over again, making money on their over priced shipping prices. Paypal is on it though. Don't let them take you. Paypal, and/or any Credit Card company will side with you and take it back from 123Inkjets themselves.
Thanks for reading. Let me get back to posting this EVERYWHERE!
PS-Almost forgot to talk about long shipping and even longer "partial refund" time.

"What a joke! I purchased ink for 2 separate printers. 2 black, 2 yellow, 2 cyan, and 2 magenta. I figured for the price, which was pretty much unbeatable, and the previous reviews on the company, this was a bargain. Boy, did I learn this lesson the hard way. First problem: I ordered a black cartridge that was an older generation cartridge. Could have been my fault. The thing was twice the size that was unable to fit in my printer, so I called them. They explained to me that because I had already opened it (even though I didn't use it..) I couldn't return it. Okay, fine, so I went down to their store in Long Beach and purchased the correct black cartridge from the store.
Second problem: The yellow cartridge for one printer was bad. And I'm talking BAD. It worked for about 25-50 pages or so. Large yellow lines through pictures, streaking through words and images. So I called them about it. They had me do a couple things to test it on my end and then told me they would send something out to return it and would send me a new one. Wonderful! It arrived the next day. So I put the replaced one in and sent the faulty one back. Meanwhile, problem 3:
I put the yellow cartridge for the other printer in. My printer won't recognize it because the plastic to hold it in is flimsy. No problems with the other colored or black cartridges. Just the yellow ones. WTF. So what did I do? I called them again. Spoke with an agent 10/2. Didn't catch her name. She said she would have me return them and issue 2 replacements. Wonderful! 10/3, got nothing. 10/4, got nothing. 10/5, nothing. Why would it only take one day the first time I asked for a replacement but now take 3 days the second time. So I call again. Apparently, they have no record of my call and nothing in their notes. So I'm SOL. Not only that, but they accused my of returning an original HP yellow cartridge instead of the one they sent out to me (If you look at the cartridges they send, they all have the hp logo on them). So now, at this point I just want my $ refunded. But in order to do that, I need to come up with this other imaginary cartridge that I supposedly have from their company. Bogus. Not one, but 3 bad yellow cartridges later and I can't even get my money back for one of them because I apparently sent them the wrong cartridge. What a nightmare. They just lost my business, which is such a shame because they're located in the same city as I am. Oh well. eBay, here I come!

"I was very happy to purchase from them at first. Then there was a billing issue that I had a hard time resolving. I still do not believe that I got the discount that I was entitled to. Then once I received my product, one of the black ink cartaridges that I ordered and received does not work at all. So now I will have to contact them Again and convince them to issue me a call tag, as I am Not going to pay to ship a Defective item back. So not as happy as I started out!"
