Worst Service

"I spilled ink of black catridge and spoiled my printer. I never expected it. I would have bought from Costco directly. Invoice number was not sent in email. But took google review before even order generated. I asked my Amex to return it as it was a fraud."

Do not mess, very dishonest sellers!!!

"Not buy. Made 3 orders of cookies (YummyArt Cookies) for 200 pieces, the first came good, delicious cookies, beautiful, neat and very tasty smell of vanilla. I really liked it, I made two more orders. But, what I received the second time, just disappointed me. The cookies were quite different, ugly, very dark (it had been kept in the oven for a long time), skewed, odorless and disgusting in taste. Contacted the Manager, he said the cookies were ordered from another bakery. But there is no note on the site that the cookies may be of a different quality. If I'd known, I wouldn't have ordered. And in the end, they did me a huge favor that they would take the cookies back. But they are not going to pay for the delivery. Since they consulted and decided that the cookies are delicious and do not understand my indignation. The return shipping price is $ 71. And thank God that I managed to cancel my third order, and then would have to pay again for the return of Such a sad experience I have with this site. Avoid it."

DECEPTIVE AND FALSE ADVERTISING!

"I went on their website to order 2 sets of CLI8 ink for my Canon 9000 PRO Mark II printer (8 ink tanks per set) and signed up for their email to get a coupon. It also states that you get free shipping on orders over $49! I opened my email and the coupon was actually for 10%, not 5% so I was initially very happy! I was planning on spending a couple of hundred dollars on ink after all and that would save a lot. I went to the website and to my shopping cart and tried to apply the coupon...it wouldn't work! AND it still said I needed $49 for free shipping. WHAT!??! so I looked at the top of the page with my cart, and it stated 'free shipping not eligible with OEM ink. WHAT!!?? I opened up a chat window and they wouldn't give the 10% off coupon either, because it was OEM ink! False advertising!!! NO WHERE does it say that you can't use free shipping or use coupons on OEM ink. Have any of you ever used 'COMPATIBLE' ink? It will CLOG your print head!! I don't care what they claim! Then, they won't pay for a new print head!!! This company should be sued for false advertising and deceptive advertising!! I will NEVER shop here!!!"

Poor first impression!!!

"I ordered some ink and some syringes from them to refill my carcadges. Didn't receive my Order. So I sent them an email no response. I waited 10 days heard nothing. Then went back and checks my status again got canceled. Don't know why they just canceled my order with No reason or emails telling me why it's been canceled. My 1st impression about this place is very poor. I advise if you haven't shopped there before do not shop here."

CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST

"I ordered Brother 103 was sent 203.
I have been working on this for 2 weeks to try to get them to send me the three 103s I ordered. '
they sent one. So I paid $15 for one.
i keep getting these emails saying how sorry they are.
I will probably never see the other two that I have paid for.
stay away from this business.

Terrible customer service..

"I ordered the wrong toner and emailed them about cancelling my order.. no response. So I used the chat feature on their website. Where the guy was rude and said my order couldn't be cancelled even though it had been placed just a few hours before and wasn't shipped yet. I then called them and it was clear all their custom service was outsourced to India. They had no power to refund or cancel my order. Terrible experience and on top of that I found out you can get the same toner for cheaper on ebay. Same your money don't shop at this site. "

I wouldn't bother

"they promised free shipping on orders of $49 and above and then charged me for shipping on a $50 order. Order didn't get shipped until I called to inquire after waiting 8 days meaning I had to wait another 7 days to get it. After installing the replacement toner and the chip, printer no longer sees the cartridge as valid. Printer is totally down and now I'm waiting again.."

Holiday timeframe 2015 sales

"Ordered a refill kit for a family member. I normally take screenshots of online orders using SNAG-IT. To capture the order date and order number assigned.
I discovered after ordering that the shipment was going to an old address, not the one I listed on the order form. Since paypal was involved, I assumed that maybe a different paypal address-of-record had overrode what I listed on my 123refills order form. It hadn't. My SNAG IT screenshot showed I had changed my shipping address to the new one.
(Only thing I can think of is that maybe the browser window refreshed itself at some point, which zero'd out the BILLING and SHIPPING addresses on the order form of 123refill.)
Luckily my order was sent via USPS priority, Plus I had a change-of-address in effect from my old address. So while it was a bit late in arriving, the order did eventually reach me.
Emails to support were answered fairly quickly, despite being the Christmas/New Years timeframe.
The order included free S&H plus a percentage discount, plus a free hole Burning tool. So overall I was happy with the price paid for the items I received.

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! BAD PRODUCTS AND POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

Received 6 HP ink cartridges on May 5/15 and 2 of them were not recognized by the printer. The bad cartridges appears to be very dirty and had been refilled many times.

Contacted support and they replied on March 11/15 that replacements are on its way. Email them on Mar 26/15 but received a reply. Sent another email but not having high hope that they will respond.

"BEWARE if you're from Canada. They say free shipping to Canada and re route you to a .ca web site, so you will think they're shipping from Canada - but they're not. SO shipping is NOT FREE. There's a $10 COD fee Canada Post collects plus the taxes, so I paid $23 to collect a package worth less than $100. Not free. AND - one bottle of toner spilled through the box. Their suggestion was to send me a replacement - no thanks, not worth the $20 I'll have to pay to accept the package. They refunded me the cost of spilled toner, so I wasn't as unhappy in the end as I was at first - but if i was to use them again it would only be if I was shipping to the US - do not get them to ship to Canada as it will cost you. "

"Stay away form this merchant. Sent half the order so I called their Customer Service number which is in India or sure sounds like it is. Said he would call their supplier and call me back. Never did so I emailed them via their email listed at the bottom of the invoice. Never replied. Again STAY AWAY."
