"WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER . WISH I WOULD HAVE CHECKED THE REVIEWS FIRST. PURCHASED A SECURITY SYSTEM IN jANUARY 2018. INSTALLED IN FEBRUARY 2018. TODAY 7/11/2018, I COME IN AND MY DVR IS WHISTLING AND MY CAMERAS ARE DOWN. I CALLED 123 AND WAS ADVISED TO SHIP BACK UNDER WARRANTY. THE PROBLEM IS I WILL BE WITHOUT CAMERAS FOR 3 WEEKS. I ASKED DO THEY HAVE A LOANER THEY SAID NO BUY A NEW ONE. I ASKED COULD I SEND IT BACK ONCE MINE IS REPAIRED , LAUREN SAID YES. I THOUGHT, ABOUT IT THEN SAID WHY BUY AND RETURN.. "In short, I spent $19,000.00 on a complete IP camera system. Jesse Spergel helped put the order together. I explained that I'm new to the IP camera installation process. The products took months to receive(December will be 1 year since all this started and I still have no working camera system). I called and emailed many times. Jesse and Karen Freed(supervisor) rarely respond to phone calls or emails. It was irritating at the least. They just don't care about their customers. By the time I had all the products I installed everything along with the switches Jesse sent. The switches wouldn't work with the system. I spent hours on the phone with 123/Samsung trying to figure out what was causing the issues and wasted hours setting up the system. A friend(Camera tech) figured out the issue in a minute. The switches were the wrong type. I called 123. They refused to reimburse me the $160.00 for the switches because it was past the 30 day return policy even know it was 100% Jesse's fault. I didn't bother to argue over it. The NVR ran for a few weeks and never worked again. I sent it to 123. They sent it to Samsung. I got it back weeks later completely destroyed. For some reason 123 made Samsung ship the NVR back to them instead of letting Samsung ship it directly to me. "Mysteriously" I receive an NVR that looks like it was thrown down the stairs. In my opinion, it's spite work by 123. I contacted 123 numerous times. The issue is still ongoing. It's not Samsung's fault because 123 shipped the NVR to me. 123 is refusing to cooperate with UPS. I will NEVER use 123 again. I have a $4500 piece of scrap metal at the moment."
"I ordered material for my customer from 123 Security because they were the only ones who had this material "stock." For the record, according to this company, "new stock" on the website only means they can get it from the manufacturer, not that they actually HAVE stock. 21 days after my original order, I called to get a status update. I was told the material was on back-order for another 2 weeks and I could get a refund. There was no offer to help me get the material sooner or to find out what they could do to help. When I spoke with my customer about this, they indicated they would like the material in 3 weeks but no later. When I called 123 Security again, I was patched through to a manager by a sales representative who didn't even finish listening to my request. The manager then told me very smugly that it could be 2 weeks or it could be 2 months - they had no idea when we would get the material. I requested my order be cancelled because of the lack of information they could provide and I was hung up on.
NEVER use this company if you need material quickly or want good customer service. "
"More of the same as most folks. Placed order over a month ago. Received two incorrect items and was told after returning them they would ship the correct item. Found out today that they are unable to ship what I bought. Called in to talk with a supervisor Karen and was hung up on. Worst company to deal with. Stay far away. Hopefully I'll actually get my money back. "

Besides of the good prices, don't bother to deal with them - they don't care about any problems, no matter how you do ask and they won't fix any issues. But sadly they lie a lot over the phone....
I ordered parts on Febr. 14th, items came in incomplete. No reply for emails and you have to chase the sales rep (Jesse) for days to get a hold on him on the phone. If he has a bad day, he simply yells at you and hangs up the phone. If you complain to Karen (manager), she promises everything and she never calls back. She never did actually and she never fixed any problems.
I also received duplicate item, instead of the part i really needed to complete the order.
Finally i cancelled the order for the missing parts and instead of replying to my email, they simply sent the missing items out....
Today is 3/6/2017 and i still missing items, one they simply left out of the original order (but i paid for it), the other just "didn't yet ship form the supplier"
No comment, the most ridiculous company i've ever seen.
Stay far away, i have all the proves i just said above.

"Placed an order on EBay on 10/8/14 and on 10/10/14 received an EMail that the order had shipped, but no tracking #. Waited until 10/17 and called 123 Security and informed them that i hadn't received the order and was told that they would send me the tracking # by the end of the day, but they didn't. Called again on 10/20 and they gave me the same story that i would. have the tracking # by the end of the day,which i didn't get. Today 10/21 called again and was sent to a voice mail and told to leave my phone number, but they didn't return my call. Called PayPal and put in a claim to get my money back. I will never order anything else from them"
"If you're expecting quick shipment of a item that is indicated as "usually ships in [a few] days" - you might want to call and confirm that they're actually able to get the product from the manufacturer in the first place. They will send you a false shipping notification to keep you waiting.
I placed an order for a security camera that I planned to install before leaving my home for an extended vacation. It showed as "ships in 2-5 days" - a week later, I received a shipping notification saying the item was shipping from the manufacturer, so there was no tracking number. I waited. I waited some more - and at the point where I started to think the package may have been stolen - I send an email to customer service, who replied saying they should have told me when I placed the order that it wouldn't be in stock until six weeks after I'd placed the order.
Points for honesty in the end, but how awful to lie about having the product in stock, and to send a false shipment notification. There are better resellers out there. Avoid 123 Security Products.
Also, I found it sad that a reseller of security products sends their user account passwords in plain text upon account creation. These guys don't get it."
