"I was very disappointed with this company. They have a lot of great products so I wanted to use them more but I can't. Right after I made my order I called back to change the shipping to a faster rate. I was told that it was not too late and that it had been changed. I then checked the tracking number and realized it was coming in 5 days later than expected. I emailed them and the Vice President replied that it had already been sent to the vendor and was not able to be changed and said, literally, "......sorry". I understand that it was too late to change it but I do not understand why no one called me back to tell me this after confirming it had been changed!!
My company was doing a job for our Sheriff's Office Interview Rooms and these parts arrived 2 days after the job was complete. I just wish someone would have called me or they would have given me some kind of credit to compensate for the extra money it cost our company to send our installers back out there AND have unhappy customers. As I told the Vice President, if someone had called me back to let me know it was actually too late to change the shipping I would have ordered a whole new order with the shipping I needed and returned the other parts when they came in. Regardless, I really do not understand why it took 7 days to receive a package from California. It is possible that the vendor has a 2 day processing time but I receive all my other shipments within 5 days from vendors in California.
Very unfortunate experience. Had they given me a credit or discount for a future purchase I would have felt like they cared but no effort was made on their part to correct this error. I was very disappointed. "
