"Need to include a 12 volt wire and plug with it. I hate cutting off the vampire box because of the warrantee, but I want the cameras to run off 12V DC and not require AC to operate. Other than that they seem to work fine.
Software has some problems, like I can't enlarge the picture even though it says I can.

"Further update. After more than a month delay in shipping a product that was advertised as shipping the same day, my product finally shipped. Unfortunately, it was shipped UPS ground, and NOT overnight as promised, even after being told more than once it would be shipped overnight. I've followed up on this and my 50% MULTIPLE times and have not received a response. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you end up with a messed up order, they'll try their best to appease you until the order is shipped and then you'll not hear back from them. I will continue to pursue my refund that was promised by a Vice President of the company, but would highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere if you care at all about having a worthwhile experience.

Update on my original review below... After posting my review below (which I have retained for future reference), on the next day I received an e-mail from customer service. First off, they actually implemented my recommendation and state on Axis product listings that shipping may take up to 10 days. On top of that, due to my inconvenience they have discounted my initial order by 50% and will ship next day air upon arrival. Now, I still have yet to receive my cameras, but if everything turns out as promised and portrayed, I would say that 123 Security Products takes customer service seriously and that I will be shopping with them again.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive a shipping notification. I called approximately 1 week ago and was told that Axis products are not stocked regularly and must first be ordered from Axis and then forwarded to the buyer. While I understand that not every item can necessarily be kept in stock, this type of systematic delay should be prominently listed on the Axis product listings. I'm giving it another week or so and if the item is not shipped I will be cancelling and ordering elsewhere.
