"I've ordered my business cards with 123Print for the last 4 years, picked them because of the original design I found which seemed to capture who I am. With this last reorder, I was alerted to the fact that there were upgrades and recommended to check the design because fonts had changed. I decided to change the font, which turned out just fine. However, when I received the cards the background color changed to ugly green (instead of calming blue-gray) and the font came out smaller making the details of my contact information difficult to read. NOT happy with the result."

"I am considering returning my recent order of business cards which I have happily used for several years now. I tried reordering with minor copy changes in April but was told by your customer service rep to wait until May for your new & improved website install (not). I recently tried to reorder as usual and found the site not as friendly as before and all my art and copy's type sizes were not saved same as it was always before. After a time consuming session I managed to make art and type resizing on my small screen computer. When I received my box of cards, the heading and my name on the front was not the same size as my previous orders and I don't want to use them. Please allow me to return these and reorder using the previous type sizes I am a custom to. Doing that for me will keep me as a customer.... If not I have no choice but to go elsewhere. "Never sent me a proof for the revision. The first photo didn't work for you and the second one I hated the way it was set up. This was suppose to be a professional business card. Now I have to reorder them. Now I am in a bind because we start in two weeks and I still don't have my cards yet to put my books together. Sorry you usually do a great job just didn't get this one."

The new online editor is very mediocre. The fonts were changed from my original edit & alignment is nearly impossible with the new system. Very disappointing."
